Bashtea 越南河江山雪古树茶
From wild tea trees three to five centuries old, growing in the clouds of Vietnam’s northern mountains at up to 1,700 metres, Bashtea crafts white, green, red and Mạn Hảo pressed teas by hand – reviving an old tea tradition for the world’s tea tables.
在越南北部海拔高达1700米的云雾山间，生长着三到五百年树龄的野生古茶树。Bashtea以手工制作白茶、绿茶、红茶与Mạn Hảo紧压茶，让古老的制茶传统重新走上世界茶桌。

Trên vùng núi cao Hà Giang cũ (nay thuộc tỉnh Tuyên Quang), những cây chè Shan tuyết cổ thụ 300–500 năm tuổi mọc tự nhiên trong rừng ở độ cao 1.300–1.700 m – tại Suối Sửu (dãy Tây Côn Lĩnh), núi Lão Sơn và Bát Đại Sơn (Quản Bạ). Bashtea, thương hiệu của Công ty CP Chè Bách Shan Hà Giang (hoạt động từ 4/9/2012), đưa trà từ những cây chè cổ này tới bàn trà thế giới.
Bạch trà làm từ 100% búp chè Shan tuyết cổ thụ, chế biến hoàn toàn thủ công, làm khô bằng nắng và gió tự nhiên; lục trà Thượng Sơn một tôm hai lá; hồng trà Bạch Hồng Shan và Đại Hồng Bào. Sứ mệnh của Bashtea là hồi sinh danh trà Mạn Hảo – dòng trà ép bánh kiểu Phổ Nhĩ (sống và chín) từ cây chè trên 300 năm tuổi, bánh 357 g, niên vụ từ 2017.
Mỗi dòng sản phẩm đều công bố tiêu chuẩn chất lượng riêng, gồm trà rời, trà bánh và hộp quà cao cấp. Nhà máy tại làng chè Bách Shan (Thanh Thủy, Vị Xuyên) và nhà máy Thượng Sơn; showroom Bashtea Mart tại 27 Vĩnh Hồ, Đống Đa, Hà Nội.

High in the mountains of Hà Giang, where clouds settle over the slopes for much of the year, grow tea trees older than any living memory. These are Shan Tuyết – “snow Shan” – trees, named for the fine white down that covers their young buds. Many are three to five centuries old, rising wild from the forest rather than clipped into neat rows. Bashtea was founded to bring the tea of these ancient trees from the mountaintop to the world's tea tables.
在河江的高山之上，云雾终年缭绕山坡，生长着比任何人记忆都更古老的茶树。它们被称为“山雪茶”（Shan Tuyết），因嫩芽上覆盖着一层细密的白毫而得名。其中许多茶树已有三到五百年树龄，在森林中自然生长，而非修剪成整齐的茶垄。Bashtea的使命，正是把这些古树茶从山巅带到世界各地的茶桌上。
Ancient Trees of Tây Côn Lĩnh / 西昆岭的古茶树
Bashtea's raw leaf comes from ancient Shan Tuyết trees growing naturally at 1,300 to 1,700 metres – in Suối Sửu on the Tây Côn Lĩnh range, on Lão Sơn mountain at 1,509 metres, and on Bát Đại Sơn in Quản Bạ at around 1,500 metres. The region, formerly Hà Giang province and now part of Tuyên Quang, lies along Vietnam's northern border.
Bashtea的原料来自海拔1300至1700米自然生长的山雪古茶树——分布在西昆岭山脉的Suối Sửu、海拔1509米的老山（Lão Sơn），以及管坝县海拔约1500米的八大山（Bát Đại Sơn）。这一地区原属河江省，现并入宣光省，位于越南北部边境。
The trees grow in old forest, drawing on mountain soil, mist and cold for hundreds of years. Tea masters describe their leaf as having strong “tea energy” – a depth and persistence that young plantation bushes cannot match.
这些茶树生长在原始森林中，数百年来汲取山地土壤、云雾与寒气的滋养。茶师们形容其茶叶“茶气”强劲——那种深厚与持久，是年轻的台地茶无法比拟的。
Made by Sun and Wind / 日晒风干，天然成茶
Bashtea's white tea, often called the “king of teas”, is made from 100% whole buds of ancient Shan Tuyết trees. It is crafted entirely by hand and dried only by natural sun and wind, with no heat applied. Like fine wine, its quality and value grow with age.
Bashtea白茶素有“茶中之王”的美誉，采用山雪古树100%完整芽头制成，全程手工制作，仅以自然阳光与山风干燥，不经任何加热。如同佳酿，其品质与价值会随岁月增长。
In the cup it carries the scent of spring wildflowers from the mountain forest, with a lingering sweet finish. Left to steep, the liquor slowly deepens to a wine-red hue. The Bát Đại Shan “bamboo shoot” white tea, from ancient red Shan trees in Quản Bạ, adds a natural rose aroma.
茶汤带有春日山林野花的清香，回甘悠长；久泡之后，汤色渐渐转为酒红。来自管坝古老红山茶树的八大山“笋芽”白茶，更带有天然的玫瑰花香。
Green Tea and Red Tea / 绿茶与红茶
Thượng Sơn green tea is picked as one bud and two leaves from Shan Tuyết trees over 300 years old at 1,300 metres, and made by hand combined with modern Taiwanese processing technology. It smells of freshly harvested rice, tastes deeply sweet and pours a clear, honey-gold liquor.
上山绿茶采自海拔1300米、树龄300年以上山雪古树的一芽两叶，以手工结合台湾现代制茶工艺制成。茶香如新米，滋味甘醇浓厚，汤色清澈，呈蜂蜜般的金黄。
Bạch Hồng Shan red tea uses only single buds from the same ancient trees, while Đại Hồng Pao is made from mature leaves of centuries-old trees on Lão Sơn mountain. Together they show how one ancient tea tree can express itself in many styles.
白红山红茶只选用同一片古树的单芽制成；大红袍则取自老山上数百年古树的成熟叶片。它们共同展现了一棵古茶树多样的风味表达。
Mạn Hảo: Reviving a Legendary Tea / 复兴传奇的Mạn Hảo茶
Bashtea's deeper mission is to revive old tea traditions and make the once-celebrated name Mạn Hảo known again. Its Mạn Hảo teas – pressed pu-erh-style teas, both raw and ripe – are made from wild ancient Shan Tuyết trees over 300 years old, growing above 1,500 metres in cloud-covered Tây Côn Lĩnh.
Bashtea更深层的使命，是复兴古老的制茶传统，让曾经声名远扬的“Mạn Hảo”茶重新为人所知。其Mạn Hảo茶为普洱类紧压茶，分生茶与熟茶，原料来自西昆岭云雾缭绕、海拔1500米以上、树龄300年以上的野生山雪古树。
The finest raw cakes come from trees more than 500 years old at 1,700 metres. They offer aromas of ripe apricot, aged wood and mushroom, a sweet finish and a red-gold liquor that feels silky in the mouth. Pressed into 357 g cakes and vintaged from 2017 onwards, they are teas to drink now or to age and collect.
顶级生茶饼选用海拔1700米、树龄逾500年的古树鲜叶，带有熟杏、陈木与菌菇的香气，回甘明显，汤色红黄，入口顺滑。茶饼每片357克，年份自2017年起，既可即饮，也适合陈放收藏。
From the Border Mountains / 来自边境群山
Bashtea is the brand of Bách Shan Hà Giang Tea Joint Stock Company, operating since 4 September 2012. Its Bách Shan tea village sits at kilometre 14 on the road to the Thanh Thủy international border gate, and a second factory, Thượng Sơn, is also in Vị Xuyên district. A showroom in Hanoi, Bashtea Mart, serves customers in the capital.
